I worked with Vida Verde Nature Education, a non-profit nature education program serving underprivileged youth, to create this image for their Capital Campaign. The goal of the campaign is to raise the money to purchase the land they are currently operating on as well as money to build improvements such as a new barn and teaching space. This will help secure the future of this incredible and worthy organization.
This image shows their current land as it will look after the money is raised and the structures are built. The image will serve not only as a symbol of their campaign, but as a helpful map to help donors visualize specific improvements. I created the barn (currently this area is open pasture) from architectural drawings.
To capture the values of their organization I used a hand-carved block print style.
