The University of California Botanical Garden is a 34-acre botanical garden located on the University of California, Berkeley campus. It is one of the most diverse plant collections in the United States, and famous for its large number of rare and endangered species.

To celebrate their 125th anniversary, the Garden asked me to devise a logo which had a light, modern look, but which still honored the long history of the Garden.  I incorporated a modern rendition of the Garden's signature flower, the rhododendron, along with a blend of traditional and modern fonts.
